The Stages of God's development of The Adam.
From the time that Adam was formed from the earth, many changes have and will be applied by God to all that are of this living soul, before those that are changed will inherit all things, as the promise of God surely is.
1. The Adam formed by God from the dust of the ground. Genesis 2:7
Genesis The Third Day....................In the day that The Lord God made the earth and the heavens, when no plant of the field was yet in the earth and no herb of the field had yet sprung up--------for The Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth and there was no man to till the ground; but a mist went up from the earth and watered the whole face of the ground----then The Lord God formed man from the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the Breath of Life; and man became a living being.
2. The Adam, one flesh, both man and woman. Genesis 2:23-24
Genesis. On or after the Third Day...........Then The Lord God said, 'It is not good that the man should be alone'....So the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and whilst he slept He took one of his ribs, and closed up its place with flesh; and the rib which The Lord God had taken from the man, He made into a woman and brought her to the man.
3. The Adam created in God's image together with Eve. Genesis 1:26-27.
Genesis On The Sixth Day......................God said 'Let us make man in our image, after our likeness...so God created man in His own image, in the image of God he created him, male and female He created them. And there was evening and there was morning, a sixth day.
4. The Adam tempted and sinned by eating of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, entered death and became self-aware, knowing Good and Evil. Genesis 3:7
Genesis The Seventh Day whilst God rested............So when the woman saw that the tree (of the knowledge of good and evil) was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was to be desired to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate; and she also gave some to her husband, and he ate. Then the eyes of both were opened, and they new that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves aprons........The Lord God said, 'Dust thou art and unto dust thou shalt return. Behold the man has become like one of us, knowing Good and Evil'.
5. The Self Aware Adamic race is offered Salvation by faith in the work of The Second Adam, and the gift of the presence of God's Spirit. The Gospel of John.
John.............For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. Unless one is generated of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the Kingdom of God. That which is generated of the flesh is flesh, and that which is generated of The Spirit, is Spirit. Romans........For all who are led by the Spirit of God are Sons of God. you have received the Spirit of Son ship ........The Spirit Himself bearing witness with our spirit........we are heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ. Romans........So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of His.
6. 'Of the Second Adam' members of The Kingdom of God, will be changed by the work of Christ's Spirit. 2Corinthians 3:18
2Corinthians.......And we all with unveiled face beholding the Glory of The Lord are being changed into His likeness from one degree of glory to another; for this comes from The Lord who is The Spirit.
7. 'Of the Second Adam' Members of this present Administration of God's Grace, are quickened. 'Ephesians' 2:1. Colossians 2:13
Ephesians.........and you hath he quickened who were dead in trespasses and sins. Colossians........and you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh hath He quickened together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses.
8. 'Of the Second Adam' Members of this present Administration of God's Grace, manifested in Christ's Glory. Philippians 3:21, 'Ephesians' 5:13-14, Colossians 3:4
Philippians.................we are awaiting the Lord Jesus Christ who will transform our body of humiliation for it to become conformed to His body of glory.
Ephesians..................All things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever makes manifest, is light. Wherefore He says: Awake you that sleep and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give you light.
Colossians.................For you have died, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in Glory.]
9. 'Of the Second Adam' members of this present Administration of God's Grace, offered wisdom, understanding, and the knowledge of the hope, the riches of His glory, and the exceeding greatness of His power. 'Ephesians' 1:17-19
that....The Father of Glory may give to you the
spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him:
the eyes of your understanding being enlightened;
that you may know what is the hope of His calling;
and what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints,
and what is the exceeding greatness of His power towards us who believe
10. The whole House of Israel resurrected into The Kingdom of God. Ezekiel 37:11-14
Then he said unto me, Son of man, these bones are the Whole House of Israel: behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is lost: we are cut off for our parts. Therefore prophesy and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, O my people, I will open your graves, and cause you to come up out of your graves, and bring you into the land of Israel. And ye shall know that I am the LORD, when I have opened your graves, O my people, and brought you up out of your graves, And shall put my spirit in you, and ye shall live, and I shall place you in your own land: then shall ye know that I the LORD have spoken it, and performed it, saith the LORD.
11. 'Of the Second Adam', members of The Kingdom of God, given Gifts of God's Spirit. Joel 2:28
Joel...................Blow the trumpet in Zion; sound the alarm on my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the earth tremble, for the Day of The Lord is coming, it is near.............And it shall come to pass afterward that, I will pour out of my Spirit on all flesh; your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your old men shall dream dreams, and your young men shall see visions, even upon the menservants and maidservants in those days, I will pour out my Spirit.
12. 'Of the Second Adam' members of The Kingdom of God, will be changed after resurrection. Corinthians 15:51-55
Corinthians...................Lo! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in a twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. For this perishable nature must put on the imperishable, and this mortal nature must put on immortality,.......then shall come to pass the saying that is written: 'Death is swallowed up in victory. O death where is thy victory? O death where is thy sting?'
John.................looking in, Simon Peter saw the linen clothes lying and the napkin that was about His head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself....he saw and believed.
13. 'Of The First Adam', unregenerate members of the Adamic race, will be resurrected and judged before the Throne of God. Revelation 20:12-15
And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and Hades delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works......and whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire
14. The Eternal condition of the First and Second Adam. Revelation 21:5-8
And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
